Situation 4

The feeling that native speakers most likely experience in this situation would be "major apology."  They probably feel the need to apologize profusely here.  The apology is expressed by gomen(ne), an informal expression appropriate for use with a close friend.  Gomennasai can also be used in a more distant relationship, but combined with the use of gomen(ne) as it is here, it can indicate a sincere apology.

Below is the transcript of the dialogue.  The parts in red are the apology expressions you’ve been asked to write down.

Gomen, osoku nachatte.  Hontoni gomennasai.

Uun, iiyo, iiyo.

Honto gomenne, isogashii noni.

Demo ato 30 pun gurai shika naikana.

Uun, sonna, watashino seidakara.  Honto gomen.
