Registration
- Payment options include: credit card or check payable to the University of Minnesota.
- All registrations must include payment.
- *Registration ends at 4 p.m. on Friday October 14, 2016. Contact the CARLA office to see IF it is still possible to register after this date. Onsite registration will be available ONLY if space allows. Onsite registrants will be charged an additional $25 above the late registration cost.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be in writing and must be received by the dates listed in the refund chart below. Requests should be sent to carla@umn.edu
Refund Dates and Amounts
Refund granted minus $50* cancellation fee if written request is received on or before 9/30/16.
*Note: A $25 fee will be charged for the cancellation of one of the following: school visit, pre-conference workshop or Thursday only plenary/reception. Any additional cancellations will result in the full $50 cancellation fee.
Refund granted minus $100* cancellation fee if written request is received 10/1/16-through 10/14/16.
*Note: A $50 fee will be charged for the cancellation of one of the following: school visit, pre-conference workshop or Thursday only plenary/reception. Any additional cancellations will result in the full $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds granted after 10/14/16.
The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary. A full refund of fees paid for the conference will be made if the conference is not held.
Special Needs
Those who have special needs must contact the CARLA office by September 20, 2016—one month prior to the start of the conference to allow time to make needed arrangements.
